The lending environment is very difficult these days, with lenders putting out unexpected last minute demands and requirements. Annie stayed on top of all the issues and was excellent in communicating any foreseeable obstacles in the process. It got a little hairy towards the end of the process when the lender threw out a demand that could have delayed the financing process in such a way that we would have lost our lock-in rate.
