Annie Chang
Annie Chang has been a senior loan agent in commercial and residential real estate finance since 2002, with a focus on referred business and customer service. Annie is currently partnered with C2 Financial Corporation, who is the #1 Broker 2020 AIME Broker Rankings, helping borrowers in multiple states where Annie is located in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Annie is an expert at originating and placing residential and commercial mortgages with conventional lending institutions and wholesale lenders. In addition She has access to many direct, private commercial real estate loans including bridge and mezzanine financing.
In 2006 Annie Chang formed a new entity, The Chang Team, to better serve the commercial market niche. Annie joined C2 Financial in 2008 to be able to place many deals in other states.
Annie is familiar with all facets of real estate financing, investment and management. She is also an expert in corporate finance and accounting. Annie has more than 10 years of experience in business and corporate finance. Prior to entering the lending field Annie was a consultant at HMC specializing in financial troubleshooting at high tech companies in the Silicon Valley. Annie was brought in to consult by many fortune 500 companies, including Hewlett-Packard, Maxtor, and Altera. Annie is an MBA honors graduate from Washington State University and has a bachelors degree in risk management.
Christopher Cox
Christopher Cox assists Annie Chang with all areas of operations and takes on special projects as required. Mr. Cox’s skills include marketing and advertising as well as technical consultation.
Christopher holds a degree in Journalism/Photojournalism from Dominican University and has formerly worked for Continental Airlines.
